The false patent
(also called German Patent)
This pattern is very elastic, on both sides look the same and is three-quarters of knit stitches!
knitting chart:
number of stitches divisible by 4 +3 (+2 edge stitches)
Knitting:
number of stitches divisible by 4 +3 (+2 edge stitches)
1st row
edge stitch, repeat * 3 stitches, P1 * stitches between * until only 4 stitches are on needle, 3 stitches, edge stitch
second Series
edge stitch, P1, P1 left, * 3 stitches, P1 *, the pattern between the * Repeat until only 2 stitches on needle, knit 1 stitch, edge stitch
These two rows alternately.
That's the whole charm. The model is flexible and soft, so well suited for a scarf! Try it, once you have knitted a couple of needles, it is quite logical and not as confusing as the description sounds!
