text Turning Pages describes and documents how the design of magazines and books under the influence of the Internet changed and what the freedom and opportunities this. The media world is up and break. New Magazine Newspapers and books are developed, tested classics redesigned and the interaction with the digital world. Turning Pages shows this change and will show the creative protagonists of this development and its working methods. Internationally renowned editorial designer to present their projects in this book and comment on the various steps of the conception, design and production of publications. Aspects of the topics, structure and dramatic come here say along with page layout, layout, typography, imagery, navigation, and cover design. Turning Pages is stock, inspiration and guidance for designers and media producers. With its eclectic mix of visual Examples, insightful explanations and testimonials, the book offers a comprehensive insight into the current situation of editorial design.

My comment "The true golden age of print? It's right now "(from the Preface). This superb large band, a visually stunning love letter to publications, whether bound, stapled or glued, you would like in a bilingual version. He is, however, like most forms publications, in English only. Many illustrated works from around the world demonstrate the enormous potential of current magazine and book design. Not particularly clear, but often surprising, coming both the fragmented title and the book layout so brave and follow their own rules. Inspiring not only for those willing to work on the DFI main study in depth with book design.
Conclusion **** (4 out of 5 stars)
